Life is hard — and most of us, at some point, find ourselves stuck between where we are and where we want to be. That gap might show up in your relationships, your sense of self, or in parts of your life that feel too complicated or too vulnerable to talk about anywhere else. That's exactly where I come in.

My name is Aaron Leo. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Sex Therapist based in Denver. I work with individuals and couples navigating the full range of personal and relational challenges — from anxiety, identity, and life transitions to intimacy, desire, and sexuality. I have particular expertise supporting adults and seniors with intimacy and sexual health in long‑term relationships, and I’m proud to work with couples of all identities, including LGBTQ+ partners. Whatever brings you here, I’ll meet you where you are.

I see clients in person in Denver and across Colorado via telehealth. I’m in‑network with United, Kaiser, Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Aetna and more.

Who am I?

I hold a BA from Harvard University, an MA from Denver Seminary, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Colorado and I am a Certified Sex Therapist. After my time as a student-athlete at Harvard, I began a career in finance which spanned nearly a decade before going back to school to get my Masters in Clinical Mental Health. I soon discovered my passion for helping clients navigate and overcome difficult personal and relational challenges preventing them from feeling and performing their best. I received my certification in sex therapy from the Modern Sex Therapy Institute to help me better serve my clients and empower them in new and impactful ways.
